You need a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID card). Bring your documents UNSIGNED - you'll sign them in front of the notary. If you're notarizing on behalf of someone else, bring appropriate legal documentation (power of attorney, etc.).
Pricing is based on distance from our Slippery Rock location: $45 for Zone 1 (0-20 miles), $65 for Zone 2 (20-40 miles), and custom quotes for farther locations. This includes travel, the first document, and notarization. Additional documents are $5 each. View our full pricing page for details.
