For attorneys, funeral homes, senior living & title offices
A mobile notary your clients can count on
When your client can't come to you (at home, in the hospital, in a care facility, or after hours), send them to me. I show up when I say I will, check every signature line before I stamp, and tell you when it's done.
Estate-planning & elder-law attorneys
Powers of attorney, healthcare directives and self-proving will affidavits signed at the client's bedside or kitchen table, on weekday evenings or Saturdays. Your documents, your instructions. I notarize, I don't advise.
Funeral homes
Families often need an affidavit, a POA or a vehicle power of attorney notarized in the days after a death. I'll meet them at your home or theirs, so you don't have to send them to a bank.
Senior living, hospitals & hospice
Bedside visits for residents and patients. I check in with staff, confirm the signer can understand what they're signing, and work around care schedules. If a signer can't sign on the day, I'll tell the family honestly and reschedule.
Title & settlement offices
Evening and weekend loan signings at the borrower's home. The package gets reviewed for missed initials and dates before I leave, and shipped back the way you specify.
