What this covers

This policy explains what information Archer Notary (owned and operated by Christian Nichols) collects through archernotary.com and what we do with it.

Information you send us

When you use the contact form and the partner referral form, we receive what you type in: typically your name, phone number, email address, business or location, and your message. Forms are delivered to us by email through Formspree, a form-handling service. We use this information only to reply to you and to provide the service you asked about.

Online booking is handled by Square. When you book, Square's own privacy policy applies to the information you give them.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages are visited and whether someone clicked to call. These tools set cookies and collect information such as your approximate location, device and browser type. We don't use them to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out tools.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers named here, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and contact details for as long as they're useful for serving you and for our business records, and then delete them.
