Pennsylvania state law allows notaries to charge up to $5.00 per signature. Your flat rate includes the first stamp, and any additional stamps are exactly the state maximum—no markup.

Example: If you need 3 documents notarized in Zone 1, you'll pay $45 (includes travel + 1st stamp) + $10 (2 additional stamps) = $55 total.
