Operated by Christian Nichols, a PA-commissioned notary public and licensed loan signing agent who is also a client accounting advisory manager at a Pittsburgh CPA firm, carrying $25,000 E&O insurance and a $10,000 notary bond.

Hours: Mon–Fri 9 AM–9 PM, Sat 9 AM–5 PM, Sun 10 AM–5 PM; after-hours by appointment.

## Services and pricing (flat, travel included, zone-based)

- General mobile notary (acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, vehicle titles, contracts): $45–$70 daytime, $65–$100 evening
- Loan signings (mortgage closings, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages; scan-backs included): $130–$195 daytime, $180–$250 evening
- Estate / POA / healthcare directives, including hospital, nursing home, and hospice visits: $90–$145 daytime, $120–$175 evening
- Same-day and emergency service available; additional stamps $5 each
- Payment: cash, check, Venmo, Zelle; title companies can be invoiced directly
